So it begins with the chair
once found I begin to
dream of her display at Country Roads
Dress her to the nines...
Even the most simple item
makes a statement...
Urns, moss & a mirror tray...
Mid Century {swoon]
this one was so hard to part with...
The detail was so bold
I loved it...
Yes a true beauty that
lent with my love for industrial
elements...
A mix of metal, velvet
and a touch of coral...
The love for summer
and the beauty
of an old patio chair...
Can you ever resist
that chippy white wood?
Dressed with a linen pillow...
Love the Rustic Chair
and how you can mix just about anything
with it to create beauty...
I love adding a piece of nature
that is sweet and simple...
Less is more
creates elegant touches
Have a beautiful and blessed week
I will be posting a vintage luggage
idea that you will love...
Much love from Mr. Dior & I

I love it all. However, I must admit, that rustic chair is my fave. I love the monogram, and the rough edges on the seat.
oh how i just love your blog and all the inspiration and eye candy to bring me! Thank you!!
Whenever I'm feeling a bit "off", I come visit your blog and the inspiration is back on track. Love nature and beautiful pieces together here too. You're such a wonderfully creative stylist.
Thank you, dear Kate!

Love your "room" at CR! We were there yesterday and Debbie was working. So happy to see two talented ladies come together and make MAGIC!

Hello Kate~ It's always nice stopping by for a visit.
I enjoy your posts and the eye candy you so generously share.
The mixture of textures ans sepia tones marries beautifully.
I hope you can stop by to see the Valentine surprises I've got in store. This week starting with...Pain au Chocolat. I'll put the kettle on for a nice cup of tea.

Hi Kate...just found you. Love your rubber mat art. I'm going to try that one. I see you live in Orange County. I have 2 sons living and working in Newport Beach. I would love to come by your store when I'm down next week. Hope to see you.
